I was a little skeptical about getting an air fryer because my kitchen is tiny, but this COSI mini is an absolute game-changer. It's the perfect size for one or two people. I use it almost every single day—it’s that convenient.

So far, I’ve used it to reheat pizza (which comes out perfectly crispy, not soggy!), roast veggies, and even bake small batches of cookies. It heats up incredibly fast and cooks everything evenly. I have always thought of an airfryer as a bit of a gimmicky small appliance that I would probably rarely use after the first week. But thought I would give this one a try (warehouse deals at about half price so not much lost). So far, I am loving this little thing.

I have a large, double-door Oster convection countertop oven, that I use for most things. Can't remember the last time I used my actual full-sized oven (it's rubbish anyway), but I have a travel trailer and would like another cooking option for when the weather is bad and we can't do the outdoors. So I thought I would investigate a small airfryer. Cosori is among the best reviewed brands, and this little 2.1 qt model looked like it would fill the bill.

So far I have done vindaloo wings (NUM!) nuggets, chicken strips, tater tots, and baked potatoes and all of them have come out perfectly. Looking forward to trying some pork chops this afternoon - actually pork CHOP - too small a basket for the 2 chops I have.

Quiet as a mouse, (you can barely hear it in the video clip), even "frying"/baking, very easy to clean, the "beeps" are not intrusive. The quick guide times and temps are pretty close to being bang on for me, but will need a bit of tweaking. No real complaints other than it's a bit difficult to flip anything in there due to the small size of the basket. If the basket was wider profile and more shallow, that would make it pretty much perfect for a single person, small airfryer.

Contacted Cosori with a question about another model, and I received a reply 2 days later - I sent the message Friday night, and my reply came in late Sunday, effectively Monday a.m. so I expect customer support should be good if ever needed.

If you're looking for a straight-forward, quiet, solid little airfryer, I recommend this one. Very happy with mine. Looking at a TurboBlaze for the house. ;)
